You can make an appointment to come to our studio for a consultation.

Can I match my outfit?

If you have an outfit you wish to match it to then please bring it with you or a swatch of the fabric if you require an exact colour match.

Are consultations included in the price of my hat?

We usually find three consultations are the maximum amount required to design something fabulous and this is included in the price.

What if I want to change anything on my order?

The price agreed at the time of order is based on the specifications of the client at that time. If these specifications change and additional materials, embellishment and/or work are required, the price of the headpiece will increase in accordance with the added materials and time taken on the headpiece.

How do I pay?

Once ordered in the first consultation, we will then take a deposit from you. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from the agreed purchase price of the headpiece.

We can only take cash, cheque or BACS in the studio.

How long will my hat take?

We usually suggest 4 weeks but normally this can be shortened. It’s best to just ask us when ordering.

Can I return my hat?

There is no return policy. We cannot except returns due to hygiene reasons.

When will my hat be delivered?

Delivery does vary as all pieces are handmade in our studio by us. Please allow up 1 - 3 weeks for deliveries.

Has my hat been dispatched yet?

As soon as your hat leaves our studio we will email you confirmation and include a tracking number. The box will then arrive with you the following day.

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?

Do I need to sign for my order?

We require proof of delivery for all orders but it doesn't need to be you who signs.

What happens if I am out when you deliver?

If no one is available to sign for the package when the Royal Mail courier attempts to deliver, they will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to pick up the item from your local delivery office.

Do you deliver to a work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. We will require a signature on delivery so please ensure there is somebody there to sign.
