How long do I have my hat for?

All hats are hired on 4 night basis unless otherwise arranged with us, depending on availability.

Has my hat been dispatched yet?

As soon as your hat leaves our studio we will email you confirmation and include a tracking number. The box will then arrive with you the following day.

Can I track my order online?

We ship all of our orders using Royal Mail. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this reference number you can check the current status of your shipment on the Royal mail website at http://track.royalmail.com

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK shipping costs £10.00. This is for both ways all included so it is the only delivery cost you will pay. We always use a next day service (starting from when the package is dispatched).

Do you offer last minute next day/ same day service? Yes we do but this will be an arrangement made by email between us and you the customer. For this service, please get in touch at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?

At this time, we only deliver orders within the United Kingdom.

Do I need to sign for my order?

We require proof of delivery for all orders but it doesn't need to be you who signs.

What happens if I am out when you deliver?

If no one is available to sign for the package when the Royal Mail courier attempts to deliver, they will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to pick up the item from your local delivery office.

Do you deliver to a work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. We will require a signature on delivery so please ensure there is somebody there to sign.

Delivery will vary, we give a 1 -3 week guide as each piece is hand made by Olivia Roat.

For shipping to Europe please add ten days to the delivery times and email us for costings when ordering.

For shipping to the U.S.A Please add two weeks.

Is my parcel insured?

Your parcel will be fully insured and once it leaves the Olivia Roat London showroom the shipping company take full responsibility for the package. Any claims for loss or damage to the shipment will be the responsibility of the client, we do not take any liability for this once they are collected by DHL. If you require your piece urgently please contact us regarding delivery times, tax and customs.
